Do you charge a fee for candidates to use your services?
No, we are a client representation company.  We work on behaf of our clients to fill their positions and have a paid relationship with them.
 
How are the jobs placed?
After being on file with us, we compare your qualifications to existing and new client requests. If your profile matches the requirements of our clients, we will contact you for further screening and next steps.
 
Do I have to take any job?
No, it is up to you whether you take the job or not.  We want our candidates to succeed and as such, we ensure that you are a fit for the position requirements as well as the corporate culture and nuances of the company.  Often times, recruiters will overlook this critical factor when placing candidates; only to find out after one month on the job that it is not a good environmental fit.  Your success is our success.  We want to make sure that our candidates are only placed in the best possible scenario.
 
How long do the jobs usually last?
 If you are interested in joining Resource Integration as a TalentPro recruiting consultant, please submit your resume to us directly.  Our recruiting consultants are assigned positions based on the clients hiring needs, location, and industry.  Assignments can range from one day, to porject based, to on-going on demand full-time recruiting.  We have needs for both virtual and onsite consultants.

 

If you are interested in positions with our clients, the job specifications vary.  Most of the positions we fill are for full-time regular employment opportunities; however, we will place contract and temp-to-hire positions as well on a case by case basis.  Some jobs are only for a few hours, some several weeks or even months. Every job is new and different.  The type of employment will be stated on the job ad.
