What positions does Resource Integration hire?
Resource Integration has a national network of TalentPro recruiting consultants. Because each recruiting consultant works within their chosen "niche" or specialty, they are experts in their chosen field. They span all geographical regions and all industries. Additionally, we have a select group of consultants who are generalists; able to recruit any position across an organization and across all industries. No matter what your hiring needs might be, we have the TalentPro who will deliver the best talent to grow your teams.
Which service package is right for my company?
The best way for us to ensure that you are receiving
the most effective, efficient, and affordable solution is to conduct a strategic recruitment analysis. We will assess what you currently have in place, how you have been addressing
the recruitment function historically, and what your hiring objectives are for the future. In partnership with your key decision makers and hiring managers, we will develop a strategic
recruitment plan. This will assist us in developing a best practices recruitment plan that addresses strengths and weaknesses in your current process and create streamlined strategic
processes moving forward. Once this has been accomplished, we will
customize the perfect solution for your company. We will periodically assess and make modifications to your strategic plan as your company continues to grow. Our solutions are integrated
into your company seamlessly and are flexible and scalable up or down anytime.
What type of commitment is required to use Resource Integration's services?
Resource Integration is here to help you OnDemand! With our iRECRUIT, you pay for only the services you desire to use. There are no contracts to sign for iRECRUIT. With our SoloSource and SoloSearch, we contract these services as needed with no minimum commitment. These services are paid on a flat hourly basis. With TalentEdge OnDemand RPO, and RecruitPRO, we will develop a service level agreement (SLA), which will outline the details of our mutual agreement. With these two packages, we will work on a subscription basis. We normally ask for a two week notice of cancellation on both TalentEdge and RecruitPRO.
How does Resource Integration differ from a search firm?
When you engage Resource Integration, you are
guaranteed a specific hiring process designed to locate only the best candidates as quickly as possible. Upon screening, the most qualified, interested, and available candidates are
presented to your hiring managers. A contingency search firm charges a fee of 25% - 35% of the annual base salary per hire. Resource Integration charges a flat-fee/subscription
pricing model saving 75% or more off of traditional agency fees. Further, a traditional contingency firm only gets paid if they present a candidate to you that you hire. This
means that it is a volume game and they work on many job orders at one time. They do
not have an incentive to run a thorough search and screen process; rather their incentive is to "sell" you a candidate regardless of their qualifications. Resource Integration is paid for the process and not the hire, so we have no financial incentive for you to hire
any particular
candidate and therefore, we can guarantee you full, fair, and complete disclosure on all candidates.
Our goal is to work on your position until it is filled with the best available talent. With a contingency firm, they may simply "give up" and stop working on one of your openings if they feel it is too hard to fill and will take too long to get a placement fee. Additionally, they will not be as committed to a job order if multiple firms on working on the order. Easy to fill positions get top priority. With Resource Integration, we are equally committed to each and every search assignment we work on and we assign expert TalentPro’s to get the job done quickly and precisely.
Can't we just do this all internally?
That depends. We want to set your company up to
succeed. We work with small and medium sized business who are in the midst of constant change and growth. Some have an HR representative on staff, most do not. Once we have completed a
strategic recruitment analysis, we are better able to determine what solution works best for your individual needs. We will recommend the solutions that fit your company needs. Perhaps it
will be our a la carte
"self-service" iRECRUIT to provide the fundamental resources and tools to get your own recruitment initiative off the ground. If you do not have any
internal HR team members in place, and have only a few hires a year, we might recommend our TalentEdge OnDemand. Perhaps you have hiring managers
who want to maintain control of the interviewing and recruitment process, but need professional assistance with front end or backend recruitment functions. In
this case, we might suggest our SoloSource or SoloSearch solutions. We offer fully scalable and flexible customized
solutions, so you can rest assured that whatever your need, we have the most cost effective and value added solution.
What is TalentEdge OnDemand RPO?
Resource Integration's TalentEdge℠ OnDemand RPO package offers the
experience and power of a state-of-the-art recruitment department on a flexible basis to small and medium sized companies nationwide. We will find the right people, at the right time,
and for the right price. Our TalentEdge solution removes the hiring burdens facing small and medium sized businesses by handling the entire recruitment process from start to finish,
including job analysis and job
description creation, create job advertising and distribution, direct sourcing, social network recruiting, pre-screening, applicant tracking, reporting, transparent communications
throughout the recruiting life cycle, assessments, background/reference checks, and on boarding. This is the best solution for project based hiring initiatives and is scalable up and down
as needed. Perfect
for up to five hires a year. When you have ongoing and/or high volume hiring needs, we recommend upgrading to our RecruitPRO full managed service
RPO.
What is the difference between TalentEdge OnDemand RPO and RecruitPRO RPO?
TalentEdge OnDemand RPO and RecruitPRO RPO are very similar in process. The main difference is that TalentEdge is truly an OnDemand service. It is used on an as needed basis throughout
the year. TalentEdge is perfect when you forecast up to five hires a year and want a professional recruiting firm to handle every aspect of the hiring process; from sourcing to on
boarding. With RecruitPRO RPO, you get the same services of TalentEdge, but we actually come into your organization and act as
your full-time Recruitment Department. You will have a
dedicated team including a Project Manager, Site Manager, and recruiting consultants working and /or vitually partnering directly with your hiring managers and executive team to
recruit best in class talent for all of your organizational hiring needs. This is a flat monthly subscription cost regardless of how many hires you have.

How much time can Resource Integration's RPO packages save my company?
TalentEdge OnDemand RPO and RecruitPRO RPO are designed to save your company time and money in two ways. First, we take the time consuming task of sifting through an avalanche of
resumes off your plate. We do all the ground work of screening resumes and weeding our all unqualified resumes. We always make sure to follow up with all applicants as a courtesy. We manage
every aspect of your recruitment process and free up your time so you can concentrate on what you do best; your core responsibilities.
Second, we do the pre-screening and present you only a select group of interested,
pre-qualified,
available to interview candidates, allowing you to spend time with only the most probable candidates. On average, we can save your company 19 hours per position.
